FAQ

A100: When developing, we try to equally focus on: 1) Utility (multi-functionality, a large number of really useful functions);
2) Usability (customizable addons, sufficient size of controls, responsive button animations, etc.);
3) Multi-browser (variety of supported browsers and devices);
4) Presentable (appearance, impressive colors). We often sacrifice Presentability (appearance and, in fact, the first impression) in favor of usability.
By making some elements larger, than usual and with less saturated colors, we aim not to impress you from the very beginning of use. We want to prevent you from feeling uncomfortable with regular use of the addon in the future.

A101: At the moment, the ability to import/export settings is still in development.

A102: First check to see if your browser really doesn’t support the addon you need: Universal Custom Player If the addon is not supported by the browser, visit our Development Plans for the addon you need: Universal Custom Player (roadmap) If in our plans there is no point on the adaptation of the addon for your browser, write us about your request on the Contacts page.

A200: This is pretty easy! Just copy the i18n repository of the corresponding addon from Github, make the changes and send the file to our email from the Contacts page.
